"Great hotel and staff. No complaints other than a minor one at night somewhere in the area is very loud music till passed midnight and from room 305 you can hear it. Closing the patio door helps but then it gets stuffy. Other than that minor issue everything was wonderful. We used the vallet service to park and was well worth it. Free breakfast fantastic

"There is some nice touches that make the hotel a bit more special. For example the breakfast buffet included is exceptional, from the presentation to offerings it is a reason to stay. The turn down service with small touches of cookies and refills of water/tea/coffee are great (the only odd thing we found was they enter at 9pm to do this) for US visitors this is really late to get a knock on the door. "I loved my two stays at Nine Dots! It is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The

I appreciated a room upgrade on one of my stays and on the other that I was able to check in early at 7a on my next stay. Also breakfast buffet was convenient and very good.
