The hotel is located in a very decent and safe area, well-connected to the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Vanessa for her excellent online support and to Ouassila at the reception for handling the room change with such professionalism. "The location is fabulous! So close to the subway and within walking distance of many attractions. We stayed in a 2 twin room. It was larger than expected and cozy. The room also had a French balcony overlooking the street which was wonderful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was attentive and kind. We will definitely be back. "
