"Location on the lake was terrific. We had a view of the lake from our room at a very modest uncharge from a landslide room - and we had a table by the window with a great sunset view downstairs. Considering the age of this hotel it is in very good condition. The menu at the restaurant could be a little broader perhaps."

"We visited DL to do some Troll hunting and the first Troll was right across the street - very convenient! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean. The location is great with Detroit Lake right across the street and restaurants nearby. "
