「The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were beautiful, the spa was relaxing, and the grounds were immaculate. I would absolutely stay at TOA again and recommend it to anyone visiting Zanzibar.」

「The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous.
This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too.
I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund.
In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for...
