"The staff were overworked which led to less than friendly service. I had requested a balcony. I did get the balcony, but on the second floor. There were too many kids and families not maintaining their children. Carrying on all hours and even at 7am carrying on. You should know that single travelers and families should not be placed together. Big mistake. Huge! Your single travelers should be on the top floors with your families on the lower floors. And you should not charge for parking. That's just wrong!!"
