"The bed has bugs. i only realized when I woke up and my arms were itching and my sleep was disturbed. No air conditionning in the room I was in, we were forced to open the window and so mosquitoes came in and added even more bumps to my skin. No hand soap + towel rack is rusty af. Would not recommend and will definitely not stay there again. The only reason this has 2 stars is because the staff working there are lovely and helpful."

When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in.
