"The location is really lovely very walkable . We stayed in V level highly recommend the upgrade. Our room was spacious and clean views for days and the dining was really great. Bed was comfy air conditioning worked great. I would stay here again. The customer service was amazing ! Every employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful."

"The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and beautiful, except for the balcony due to the seagull poop. I think that area should still be cleaned before new guests arrive if they want to make use of that area. Besides that, my friends and I have no complaints and would absolutely stay there again."

"The check in receptionist Annmarie was very helpful as was the lady at the guest service desk. Also all other staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that the hair dryer in our room did not function very well. I am sure that it will be fixed."

"The location is unbeatable, views from the hotel room towards the sea wonderful. Getting in an out from the water was rather easy, several options available. You can enjoy swimming far into the sea. No boats were coming close to the beach. Cruisers were far away. Breakfast excellent, waiters all very kind and helpful with whatever you need. No problem if you need two espresso drinks. There was though not squeezed orange juice. Perhaps a bigger variety of the pies/Danishes or other pastry would be welcome. Indoor pool on the top of the hotel was large, water was of nice temperature, there was jacuzzi there and a balcony along the pool, overviewing sea. We were the only people in that pool and enjoyed it a lot. The bus going to old town stops at the hotel every 15 minutes and runs until 1 am. That is very, very convenient and we spent evenings in old town, enjoying Dubrovnik, Lindo folk group with dancing singing, also some classical music in Knezev Dvor "Verdi forever". Food in old town was fantastic, excellent coffee in Gradska Kavana along with nice sweets. We have wonderful time. Not only hotel but Dubrovnik as well. From June 28 to July 4 Dubrovnik was not crowded. Lokrum island not to be missed."

"Wonderful six night stay in a fourth floor sea view suite. My butler Alexa was excellent as was the service received by all the staff. The view from my room was epic. But the views from almost anywhere in the hotel were fabulous. The gym was very good and not oversubscribed. There never was an issue getting a lounger. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The dinners in various restaurants and the room service were of high quality but a bit overpriced even for a luxury hotel. The wine selection by the glass was good. Appreciated that the hotel had a sports bar. The sea view suite was gorgeous but marred by a musty smell of mildew and mold which became apparent early on during the stay. When I discovered the source of the water leak causing the odor, the hotel acted swiftly to try and remedy the situation. The smell was particularly bad by rooms 1422-24. I was assured that new carpet was on order and new air conditioning was being installed. Were it not for this inconvenience I would rate this hotel five stars. I have spent 200 to 250 nights on travel the past 30 years, many nights in top luxury hotels around the world. This is an outstanding hotel."
