「Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.」

「This is a great motel in Falmouth. It is clean, well Kept, the Staff is very helpful and it is reasonably priced for a motel on the Main Street in Falmouth and a quick drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.」

「The pool was nice. Our room had many issues. First, the air conditioner never worked, and we complained to the front staff, and they never fixed it. Second, there was a leak in our bathroom coming from the upstairs room. A super came and took a look at it and then never cleaned up in our room. Our electricity went out all of a sudden.
