「Fantastic stay at this gorgeous hotel, room was clean, Fantastic breakfast, good parking and Fantastic staff.」

「Clean apartment with two full baths. Cute building with charm and lift was useful for getting to second floor. Free Parking right behind building. A little tricky to find parking structure since it is a little driveway literally in the middle of the block, but once found very convenient. Apartment clean and comfy. Doors to rooms and bathroom a big heavy so a little cumbersome to hold open, a door stop may help. Also, some street noise at night so if you are a light sleepy you may need earbuds....

「This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful. 「Nice and clean. It was a very comfortable stay. The shower rooms and toilets are very clean. I am very enjoyed my stay. I have some comments for improvement. The corridor's is too loud, it may be better to have some light/relax music instead of metal/pop music . The flow of the water tape in WC is too strong, maybe better to turn it down a little bit. It was quite messy when I was washing hands. I did not realise there are female only shower room. I used the unisex one. For the female only...

「Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」
