「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. 「We were so pleased with our stay at Steris Elegant Beach Hotel! We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. We loved having the beach right out front of our hotel, and the beach service with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks was fantastic. The rooms are also very clean, the ac works great and the location is near the old town, supermarkets, tourist and local shops....
