"The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. I will never stay at this hotel again though due to the elevators. I don't know if several were non-functional while I was there, or what was going on, but waiting for the elevator (going from lobby and going to lobby) took longer here than any other hotel I've been to. A couple times when we passed the hotel while out and about, we considered dropping off purchases we had made, but decided not to just to avoid using the elevators. Everything else about this hotel is pretty great, but the elevators just tank it."

"Good large room. No problem with amenities. Bit when checkout came (on a Sunday) they refused to keep our bags. Very poorly organised. Reception said it was the same every weekend and they can’t safely manage the amount of luggage. She said management knows and does not care. We had to go to a Bounce facility and pay an extra $30 to keep our bags for the day."

"Amazing place to hangout, we used the spaces/amenities a ton. Rooftop is awesome, staff was so nice and overall common spaces are awesome. One thing that was annoying was that you couldn’t work past 6pm on your laptop in the common spaces. I understand why, just something to note if you are on a work trip. I had a loft king room and it was facing a busy street, view was nice but it got pretty loud at night (8th floor). Especially on the weekends. Get a room not facing the street if you can!"

"This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Bathroom was small but amenities like shampoo and lotion were high quality and water pressure was excellent! Staff was super welcoming, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
