"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough. "The whole experience from checking in was fabulous, the rooms were clean and ready ahead of time, the staff were very friendly and polite and always at hand to help with any questions we had. The Spa was superb with all the different types of treatments available. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Mauritius to stay here, I would definitely like to go back for another holiday at this venue"

"the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them"
