Très agréable et calme

Séjour très agréable. Le salon et une chambre a de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur la mer. Le concierge Soobug est très sympa, surtout demandez-lui sa recette de la vinaigrette pour le petit-déjeuner qui est délicieuse :-)

Zwei Wohlfühlwochen!

Eine Unterkunft wie man sie nur sehr selten findet. Großes, komfortables Apartment in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Ein Service, der auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Ein sehr gut gepflegter Pool. Direkt vor der Anlage eine gute Küche. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

I booked this property because the pictures showed a sandy beach where my kids could play and swim. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the beach turned out to be rocky, with no sand and not suitable for swimming. After multiple complaints and emails with both the property and Hotels.com, we decided it was best to leave. Eventually, we were able to reach an agreement regarding the remaining days of our stay. The property itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. However, we experienced frequent noise from other guests slamming doors, which was difficult to manage as we had an infant with us. On the positive side, the concierge team was extremely supportive, and we truly appreciated their assistance. Overall, it’s a nice property, but not ideal if your main purpose is to enjoy the beach

The views made it better

We enjoyed the lovely ocean views, a clean and inviting pool, and beautiful gardens. However, our apartment fell short of our expectations. The unit we were allocated was not depicted in any of the photos, the furniture was worn and disappointingly different. To make matters worse, there was a terrible smell emanating from the drains in the shower and kitchen. The kitchen itself was unclean, with utensils still covered in old food and no toaster or working salt mill. The linen and towels were aged, and the mattress protector kept unhooking during the night. We booked for an 8-night stay and were served the same “rationed for 3” breakfast every morning. It would have been appreciated if they could have offered some variety, especially considering the length of our stay. The staff overall was friendly, and the cleaning lady was willing to assist with some ironing, which we much appreciated.

Fantastisk beliggenhed 1. th - men slidt lejlighed

Ankom til Bel Azur hvor rengøringen var i fuld gang, selvom vi var fortalt at lejligheden var klar kl 12. Ærgerligt personalet ikke får tid til at færdiggøre ordenligt. Køkkenet blev ikke helt rengjort og efterlod pommes frites på gulv og overflader beskidt, selvom vi sagde vi gerne ville vente så vi kunne få alt rigtig rengjort. Så vi tog selv en omgang med rengøring på alle flader, før indflytning. Lejligheden bærer præg af at være slidt og møbler dækket med tæpper for at skjule slidte hynder, afslag af maling på skabe/hylder og komfur i køkken helt færdigt og kunne kun benyttes ved særlig betjening - nyt komfur skulle være bestilt - men blev ikke leveret, mens vi var der. Sengen i dobbeltværelse hård og ikke komfortabel. Sengetøj passede ikke madras og havde flere pletter fra slid og lignende. Badeværelse ved andet værelse var ildelugtende - selvom vi havde vindue åben konstant. Glas var en blandet samblanding - fx var der 4-5 forskellige glastyper til vin. Opvaskemaskine manglede afspænding og salt. Men vi nød udsigt fra terrassen over havet fra morgen til aften, poolområdet fint og velholdet have. En nattevagt satte sig hver nat på solsengen i længere tid og så på ipad/telefon med høj lyd, som vækkede os hver nat. Forsøgte at kalde ham op, uden at vække alle - men uden held.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, magnifique vue, résidence très calme et sécurisée avec place de parc. Très bonne literie. Bien que ce soit un appartement le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui est bien agréable. Lave vaisselle et lave linge dans l’appartement. Personnel charmant. Nous avons adoré !

My flight is cancelled by the airlines and full refund cause a typhon going close to mauritius on january 2020 i demand several times to. Have refund from bel. Azur they refuse and tell me the typhon as pass result i lost 1300$

La struttura non è a Trou aux Biches ma a Pointe Aux Biches (15 minuti a piedi su strada non tutta con marciapiede e illuminazione a tratti completamente assente, gli appartamenti sono belli e spaziosi, il personale di sorveglianza molto gentile,la zona piscina tenuta bene ma non abbastanza spaziosa (per 12 appartamenti ci sono solo 4 ombrelloni e 8 lettini).La spiaggia di fronte alla struttura è piuttosto brutta.Non c'è una reception. Avevo chiesto e pagato il servizio di taxi da e per l'aeroporto, dall'aeroporto a Pointe aux Biches seppur con un vecchio furgone , ci è stato fornito, al rientro lo avevo richiesto per le 18:00 (anzichè le 19:00), non è arrivato Wendy ,la manager, ci ha detto che non le era stata comunicata la richiesta, ma sarebbe comunque arrivato per le 19:00. Alle 19:30 dopo varie chiamate ho preso un taxi (pagando) altrimenti rischiavamo di non arrivare per tempo.

La vue magnifique de la terrasse, très bonne literie, équipement parfait, pas de plage équipée et trop de cailloux pour nager. Point négatif Envahissement de la piscine par les résidents des maisons possédant eux mêmes une piscine privée ( 6 ados italiens et un adulte cela est plutôt bruyant) je pense que ces personnes n’avaient rien à faire dans la piscine des résidents appartements.

Parfait même quand ça ne l'est pas..

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir où nous avons découvert notre splendide villa. Notre seul soucis durant notre semaine passée la bas a été une interruption e' alimentation d'eau et une panne de moteur de la piscine privée qui a duré les deux premiers jours mais on nous a offert un geste commercial pour cette période donc rien a dire. A part cela que dire si ce n'est allez y foncez les yeux fermés et en famille comme nous avec trois enfants c'était parfait. Plein de petites attentions.. Les dessins animés en français et anglais les enfants ont adoré en regardant un chaque soir dans un canapé au top. Chaque chambre est une suite parentale, vraiment nous reviendrons c'était parfait. Merci encore

Achterstallig onderhoud, onvoldoende communicatie

we hadden 6 nachten geboekt, als mooie afsluiting van onze vakantie in Mauritius. Prachtig appartement, geweldig uitzicht. Maar onder de oppervlakte heel veel fout: - onze kinderen kregen huiduitslag van het zwembad - er kwam spontaan een spiegel van 2,5 meter hoog van de muur gevallen en sloeg in duizend stukken - 3,5 dag zonder water uit de kraan Nu kunnen bovenstaande problemen zich voordoen, maar wat ons vooral opviel was het gebrek aan communicatie, inlevingsvermogen en oplossend vermogen van LOV. De operationele staff deden wat ze konden, maar vanuit management niveau bleef het stil, of kregen we halfslachtige ‘updates’. Na drie dagen zonder water kregen we de mogelijkheid aangeboden om te verplaatsen naar ander appartement voor de laatste 1,5 dag. Dit aanbod kwam te laat en zou uren van onze tijd nemen. LOV heeft voor een aantal dagen zonder water aangeboden om 50% van het betaalde bedrag terug te geven als compensatie. Dat is een mooi gebaar, maar wij hadden veel liever een luisterend oor, een tijdelijke douchgelegenheid en gezond zwembadwater gehad.
