I called 3 weeks ago and asked to speak to manager, the woman who answered the phone, asked why? I told her my husband and I have reservations and will have to leave a day early, for a, Celebration of Life. I was told to speak to Andrew the owner, he is only there in morning. I called 2 more times left messages, he never called back. Upon check in we did not get the room, we requested in February, when my card was charged. When I was checking out a day early, I went in office asked to speak to Andrew, he came in office with big attitude, I told him why we were leaving early and if there was anything he could do for us? He raised his voice and said NO, not their policy. And they have best policy in Point Pleasant. I said ok, then I will put this conversation in my review. Then he said I was trying to extort using a review. I said absolutely not! Just being open. The office is illiterate,you can see on how she filled out parking pass. Also you, Can not put clothes in dresser, it is either dirty or moldy. Not enough maids to clean all the rooms,understaffed. He was yelling at me he was putting me on his “LIST”! He should have offered another night,after Labor Day, and maybe people would do a 3 day weekend. I wouldn’t have because of what I saw. And how I was threatened and I’m on some “list”. But he does not know, anything about customer service!!!
