「Check-in with Rachelle (maybe Rochelle, sorry don’t know the spelling) was awesome! She was prompt, friendly, super clear and helpful. We had an Amazon package (knee scooter) coming for my husband who just had surgery so that he could scoot around the Tacoma Dome for Mat Classic. She took a note about the package and texted when it arrived, then held it at the desk for us. This was super helpful to us as it was a busy weekend. She made the experience a happy one. Thank you!」

「Sheryl checked us in when we arrived and she was the sweetest! My friend and I stayed for a long weekend to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome. The beds were comfortable , room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Definitely on the more affordable side- would stay again!」
