"Parking was great and very quiet which was great. The other things was the heater didn't work as the instructions show different icons to what the control had and could not work out the heating so I was cold and because I have disabilities I was in pain but I put one of the spare blankets that they had which was great but would have been better if the control was better to be able to access the heating."

"Location is convenient for who is working nearby. The carpet didn't seem very clean, few spiders appeared on the night."

I didn’t catch his name but we’re also very grateful to a young man who helped carry our luggage upstairs. "

It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "
