「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. 「Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

「The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other...

「Excellent location within walking distance of plenty of shops, cafes and the waterfront. Check in was very easy. The rooms were well furnished and equipped we had a connecting studio and 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect with our 2 young kids. All staff were very friendly. We loved the housekeeping service. And we were able to store our bags on check out until we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.」
