"The hotel is very charming and conveniently located in Northampton. We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were nice nooks and crannies in the hotel where we were able to grab a lemonade and read a book. It was super charming. We were unexpectedly stuck in MA for a week when our brand new car broke down on a road trip. The hotel provide a nice respite and allowed us to walk to many restaurants, used book stores, and thrift shops."

"Most of the hotel has rooms opening to the outside, with a smaller section that has interior hallways. The rooms are dated, but functional. The lobby has clearly been updated, but the rooms have not. Everything worked and the room was large, but it definitely had a run-down feel to it. Staff were great."
