「Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool」

「I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening. The maintenance person was hosing down our entryway (?) as we returned to our room, leaving us with wet feet as we entered. This hotel...

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「We loved our stay at The Rockport House. It was within walking distance to town, though there is no staff on the premises, with one call or text, we had every question answered. Loved our room, loved the places to sit in the shade. We will definitely be back! One suggestion, have a water refilling station in the main house.」

「We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!」

「We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. 」

「It was close enough to the beach. We did not like the restaurants on Ocean Blvd.」

「The AC stopped working at the second we get to the room, unfortunately I had to stay inside my car for the night. The beach view is really nice and the parking area too, the floor in the room wasn’t very clean but everything else was.」
