「Loved this hotel, very cute, upscale and clean. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus and was so nice to have in the same location. Location was excellent and walking distance to everything! My only complaint was the parking garage is detached from the hotel, so a little confusing on where to park, where to go in, how to get parking credited, etc.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free.
