「I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this property. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the premises. To make matters worse, I witnessed individuals apparently using drugs outside the lobby entrance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. 「I enjoyed my stay- great property and service. However I was very surprised that upon checkout I was told I owed $200 for selecting a “package” that included a daily resort credit and free bike rentals. I was there for work and never would have opted in for this. I feel deceived and disappointed that when I checked in it wasn’t called to my attention and given the option to decline it.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
