"Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. Staff did not replace it ..."

"The keeper was friendly, informative and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was continental style. Filling. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. The pool was clean and temperature was comfortable. If we are ever in West Bend again we will stay here again! T here ..."
