「A last minute booking. Communication was excellent and the owner let us park and check in early. We enjoyed a coffee at the cafe next door whilst they finished preparing our room. The owner greeted us and spent time showing us the best walking route to take, to see the wonderful town of Plovdiv. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beautiful old town. Breakfast was a very tasty typical Bulgarian breakfast served to your table. We loved our overnight stay and would recommend. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty, which was unfortunate with our baby crawling around. Still, overall it was a great stay, and the hospitality really stood out.」

It is a wonderful location in old town Plovdiv and a quick few minutes to the bustling Kapana area with shops and restaurants 」

「Rent, fräscht hotell med mkt bra incheckning, vi kom för tidigt men inga problem att få rummet. Glada städare som hejar glatt. Vatten på rummet, vattenkokare/kaffemaskin och vatten på flaska. Luftigt rum, superfräscht badrum. Bra, centralt läge i kombination tyst omgivning. 」
