Top accomodatie, kon goed parkeren op een beveiligde parkeerterrein. Enorme kamer, er werd hulp geboden om bagage te tillen. Roomservice was snel en heet. Ook fijn dat je ten alle tijden kan in- en uitchecken (als je bijvoorbeeld op doorrijs ben). Enige minpunt was het harde bed. Badkamer was ook groot, douche was lekker en schoon. Ik raad het aan

Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room.

This exclusive hotel offers spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable rooms in a serene and tranquil setting, surrounded by greenery—an ideal retreat for relaxation. The staff is highly professional and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant is elegant, serving exquisite food and delicious beverages, all at affordable prices. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. Having stayed at 10 hotels during our visit to Bulgaria, this was by far the most comfortable. We will undoubtedly return.

I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria.

One night stay

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.
