"I asked the desk to make the safe in my room accessible, never happened. The hair dryer did not work due to the outlet it was plugged into not resetting the gfi not possible. There was an ironing board but no iron. They had a ridiculous rule you can't take what lack luster offerings they had for breakfast to your guest room. By lack luster i mean old apples, orange juice machine empty, no bagels, donuts, just 2 basic dry cereal options or a waffle machine. Checking in was a nightmare. People were slamming doors constantly throughout the night. The room was clean and looks like they were painting the interior of the place. This was a one and done for me. "

"The parking was inconvenient. We had to park across the street from hotel and there was no good notification of this."

"Had an issue with the inside metal lock when the door slammed shut it moved the metal and we we unable to enter back in the room until maintenance came. Unfortunately, maintenance was off premises and took an hour for him to arrive. He was awesome though! He taped the metal so it would not happen again during our stay."

"Valet damaged my car manger still hasn’t returned my calls. Disappointing… room was pretty out dated. With that kind of customer service I won’t be returning."
