"The woman at the desk at Sparks at Hilton in San Jose was so helpful to me on the 28th of August. She personally went back to my room and found my glasses that I left. She was able to get an Uber driver (Cozy) to drive over to the airport so I didn’t miss my flight. I am so thankful to both of them."
