"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. "We made a last minute reservation and, since it was off season, we’re the only ones staying at the Inn. They were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Inn by the River."
