"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Check-in was complicated by a room assignment error that the clerk couldn't resolve without a manager's approval. This extended the wait for room by 20-30 minutes. The desk clerk was very very nice I wished for her sake she was given more authority to take care of the issue. She did acknowledge the error was theirs, (I booked a
pet-friendly room and assigned a non-
pet-friendly). The other less favorable factors were pool closed at 6pm and fire pit...
