「The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Everything worked - the sink could be stopped up for doing laundry, the heating/cooling system worked well and all of the kitchen appliances worked.」

「The outside of the hotel is unimpressive, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The ocean side ones have balconies with lovely Adriatic Sea views. The hotel faces the beach which is about a block away. It provides unattached beach chairs and umbrellas for the day for 20 euros, but no beach towels. The beach area has easy access to the water by steps or a ladder. There are two convenient shaded cafes, a gelato stand and a nice play area for children. 」

「We get upgrade to Histrion hotel and our room was with a fantastic view. Hotel has a very nice swimming pools with sea water. The only downside is the fact that you need to pay for the beds at the beach. But for the rest very nice hotel and very good quality of food in general in Slovenia.」

「I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. I wanted to stay in Piran but choose this hotel initially for two reasons: (a) it was walking distance along a promenade to Piran and offered free parking; and (b) it would be staying in a slice of history as the form of the hotel (though not the renovated interiors) harked back to the more brutalist days of the Yugoslav Republic.
