Yes We checked in on Jan 18th. The member of staff showed us to the room. On opening the door we saw a bug running across the floor. looking at the room we saw that the bed linen was soiled ... Toilet was dirty. bidet was rusty and dirty. Shower also dirty no hot water. The sink and taps had stains from previous ocupants Doors and paintwork had finger prints and smears .The Tv on the wall had exoposed live cables.The member of staff informed us the hot water maybe on the next day. The pool had many cracked tiles which would be dangerous for any swimmer. The tennis court had moldy black stains.We were shown another room that was just as bad. The whole so called resort was unsanitry and we stayed only 1 hour. Checked and gave key back. We asked the member of staff to sign that we were checking out but she refused. This property should not be on your website for future bookings. Due to health and safety reasons

The Flamingo Marina Hotel is a dilapidated and unsafe(moldy) hotel!!!!! I was charged more than a lady with a kitchen!!! No toilet paper, no shampoo, no towels, broken electrical outlets, a broken metal piece sticking out of an outlet, and no in room refrigerator , no bottle or ice machine on premises. NO ON PREMISE FOOD, RESTAURANT,and a very rude manager “AMY”!!! She told me it was my fault I had an empty room I booked it on you , “Expedia”. And your WiFi is terrible Paula Shemer 406-774-4376
Outside at the pool its missing tiles, the roof looks like it could have fallen down any time. Dead birds around the once outside bar.

BEWARE!! This is an old abandoned resort that someone is still renting the rooms out. Absolutely no amenities in the rooms. No bed side lamp, no shower supplies, no refrigerator, no microwave. Restaurant is closed down, pool bar is closed down. Its impossible to contact anyone at the property, you have to wait at the reception desk for someone to see you and come over. Very very run down, dirty and misleading. Tiny ass rooms as well.

We paid extra $$ to get the suite with a full kitchen.. brought a lot of food to be able to cook our own meals, but the entire stove in the kitchen did not work, staff was never available, not enough toilet paper.. in fact we were only given two rolls for the entire four day stay. We hassled for another roll and were told they didn’t have any more. The beds were old.. they put a twin sheet on a queen bed , so the bedding was inadequate. There was no hot water for the entire stay.. contacted one man on site who worked there and he said there is no hot water! The doors did not lock and both bathroom windows did not lot. We had to use sticks in the door and window jams to secure it. We contacted Expedia for help but they are refusing to help us in any way other than a $100 credit on a room that cost us almost $1000.00. Staff was unavailable at the hotel And there was never anyone at the front desk. I am completely disappointed in the so called “ resort” and also that Expedia would allow this to happen!!

Buenas no hay comunicación con el hotel. Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que no habia wifi (creo q algo basico) luego en ningún momento limpiaron la habitación ademas los paños eran de mala calidad el servicio sanitario no estaba en buenas condicione y creo que lo peor fue con respecto la piscina. Ayer la cerraron a las 6pm y la otra q estaba abierta esta sucia hoy en la mañana ingrese a la piscina q estaba cerrada y tambien se veia el mal mantenimiento ademas me lastime el pie un tornillo o sea ni limpian bien la piscina

The property is old and out dates They appear to be renovating it but there is a quit a way to do Our room was definitely in need of a renovation it was a junior suite that was poorly laid out Room was sparsely decorated Rusty fridge Cheap MIs-matched dishes and utensils that I would never eat of off No covers over the Box spring We were only provided a small soap No shampoo and conditioner. Hotel staff was not the friendliest We’d never stay here again nor recommend it

Pessima Estadia - Não Recomendo.

Ao chegar no hotel tivemos que esperar meia hora para que o funcionário da recepção aparecesse e para que descobríssemos quem era.Os outros dois dias consecutivos foram iguais. Feito o check in , fomos ao quarto que por sua vez estava bem sujinho, o banheiro então tinha cabelo de clientes anteriores, o chão estava bem sujo; os azulejos estavam sujos, realmente em condições ruins. As toalhas de banho acredito que foram compradas para nós, pois vieram 100% novas, engomadas e impermeaveis. As toalhas de rosto eram mais antigas, enxugavam mas em contrapartida estavam sujas. A piscina principal estava um caos já que esta soltando os ladrilhos e azulejos, já a piscina secundaria, não estava com a limpeza em dia e não havia manutenção diária na mesma. Meus filhos ao andar pelo hotel tinham que estar calçados pois em todo e qualquer parte do hotel havia parafusos e pregos soltos aos montes no chão. Perigoso para crianças, cuidado. Não havia serviço de café da manhã e na realidade nenhuma das refeições, o que depois acabei achando ótimo vide o padrão reportado acima, no entanto poderiam dispor de um frigobar no quarto, pelo menos para ter agua potavel para tomar. As cadeiras que estavam no terraço para estender roupa estavam completamente manchadas e cheias de fungo, ou seja, improprias para secar as roupas. Bom, realmente não aconselho a estadia neste hotel, foi um pouco mais em conta mas ficou devendo. Realmente preferia ter pago um pouco mais e ter sido bem recebido.

Excelente ubicación y preciosas vista pero las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Requiere pintura, la piscina no se ve agradable pues también ambas piscinas requieren mantenimiento. La limpieza podría mejorar. El lugar tiene potencial pero requiere inversión y podría ser uno de los mejores sitios en la zona si se hacen mejoras.

The place is not as advertised, it needs a complete renovation. Rooms were super old. We were not expecting a five star as it was just a last minute secession due to our next accommodations would not be ready until the next day. I still feel it was overpriced for what we had.

this was a Bait and switch situation on Expedia . The pictures were from long ago . half the hotel was ripped apart and under renovations . roof was half ripped off . super old bedding and towels . the pool was in very bad condition . hotel was advertised as all inclusive and there was no sign of that even being possible . the windows did not lock in the roof so anybody could just slide them open and come into the room , the sofa bed was old broken down and covered in stains . No wi Fi . the hot tube looked like a soiled toilet . tennis courts were destroyed and looked like not used in 15 years .We felt we got totally Scammed for sure . this should have been a $50 dollar room at best , not $200 . Complete miss representation . would not recommend to any one .
