「Where do I start with this place . I’ve stayed in many places in valle and by far this was the worst experience. They don’t really have room service. There’s no phone or fridge in the room. We had to call for help and the guy didn’t know how to get the tv to work or the A/C and it was very hot . We called and messaged with questions but the reception isn’t available until 8am which was annoying. The restaurant offers breakfast until 9am but it’s a walk from the rooms . The floors were dirty ....
