Staff was universally awesome. Happy, helpful, accomodating, thorough. Room was nice and clean pools were fantastic beach was a mess with the seaweed and it bothered me a bit that they cleaned up the "club" section before the regular section, so it smelled.

Paid upgrade for beach walkout at very end of building construction going on indoors and outside building new gazebo - buffet food horrible - everything had after taste to it. There is NO BEACH and NO WHITE SAND - rocks everywhere and dirty brown water couldn’t even swim ...
