This resort was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We ended up missing the shuttle to one of their sister properties and they called a taxi for us. The roof is beautiful and the public beach is right around the corner if you want to go there. Their sister properties have private beach access which is nice, I believe it is $15 USD for a day pass. The only thing I would say is they don’t have too many food options, but the location is right downtown so you can go off property for cheap but delicious eats. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at The Reef 28 Hotel. The facilities were super clean. The staff were all very courteous and kind. They were always ready to help at a moment's notice. The amenities were also a great perk of this hotel. I loved the rooftop pool, it gave beach club vibes. The location was very convenient to everything as well. 11/10 definitely recommend.

This entire trip was a 12/10. The pick up at the airport was divine. Santi, Ricardo, and Bernardo, Freddy were amazing and took such good care of us. A trip to remember. The property is very nice and well maintained! It’s a little deceiving from the outside because it is located right in the city as opposed to larger resorts. My room was spacious and clean… kept perfect by staff. The rooftop pool area was larger than expected. I enjoyed the different parts… although the main area next to the pool has limited seating, so get there early. And the poolside DJ created a great vibe! The rooftop dining was excellent IMO. I ate there daily. Speaking of food, the breakfast spread was adequate and tasty. While, overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I found the need to make reservations daily for the one main restaurant a minor nuisance.

Our room was amazing, clean and well equipped including jet tub. Rooftop staff were fantastic especially Freddie! Very happy with all meals, location, and the hotel itself. Highly recommend!
