Beware! We err completely deceived! First, I was contacted and told that our place had a water leak and asked if we would mind moving. I said only if it is an upgrade. I was told it would be an upgrade snd the location was better so I agreed. Upon arrival, we were locked out and no one around to let us in. Finally a resident open the door for us. We entered and had to walk up two flights of stairs with heavy luggage (no ramps) and I wish I could show the picture of the property I took but if you imaging uncle Effie in National lampoons vacation and what his place would look like, this is it! The two pools were 1/3 filled with dirty water, construction tape everywhere, the buildings were old and needed paint and rusting. It was a complete joke. I immediately called the booking company and no response for an hour. They offered to move us again to another place that looked bad and older in the pics so I had little hope it would be better. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else that I found elsewhere. Do not be deceived by the nice photos they provide! They are old and nothing like what you get. Shame on them - this ruined our entire first day of vacation. A day wasted!!

La casa e un bel trilocale con vista laterale sul mare. Posta su due piani. La piscina e all'ultimo piano. Viene curata e mantenuta dal personale dell'edificio ed era sempre pulita. E vicino alla quinta Avenida e la zona e piena di localini carini e attaccata alla spiaggia pubblica. Se tornassimo a playa del Carmen, torneremmo qui.

A Nice taste of home on the go!!!!

Having some doubts about where to go in a country foreign to your normal surroundings, we chose this little slice of home to hang our hat on. The condo we stayed in felt very much like a home away from home. This place allowed us the opportunity to enjoy our down time from being tourist as well as a place to recover between rounds. Its location could not have been more ideal as we were within 50 yards of the beach located at the end of Calle 38 Norte, and no more than 75 yards from the busselling 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. I must say that staying where we were gave us a sense of security and made enjoying our time much more attainable. Our host were very accomodating and checked on us frequently to ensure we were being taken care of. The condo was fully stocked with anything aside from groceries that you could possibly need or want. This included TV's in every room, cable, dvd's and a full dining and patio area that overlooked the ground floor pool.. The rooftop pool was amazing with amazing views of the water and surf... We would definately recommend this place to anyone wanting a place to feel like home while they are visiting Playa Del Carmen......
