This place is amazing, very clean and friendly staff. A/C works great. Roof top pool is definitely a awesome way to cool off and look over the city of Playa Del Carmen. Definitely recommend!

Stayed 10 days for our honeymoon. I had asked the staff to decorate a little to make it special for my husband. They did exactly what I asked them to do and more. They we very friendly and quiet accommodating. Housekeeping made sure we had clean towels and beach towels daily. The area around was very safe and the restaurant down stairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Playa Del Carmen. 10/10

My daughter lives in Playa del Carman and the hotel was everything we needed. It was great that we could cook some of our meals and hang out at the pool with our daughter. We come to Playa every year to visit our daughter and next year we for sure we will stay at your hotel again. The location was top notch and so close to everything like 5th, shopping, grocery and of course the beach.

I stayed in Room 202 and really enjoyed my experience. The room was bright, airy, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and easy elevator access. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, including an iron, microwave, small fridge, and cutlery. The staff was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The building itself was very clean, and the rooftop pool was beautiful—a definite highlight. We did experience an issue with the cold water not working for two days, but it was eventually fixed. The only downside was the meter parking. It was sometimes hard to have enough coins, and unfortunately, we ended up with a parking ticket. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the main strip.

My stay was good, room was clean and a good size. No hot water for showers though. Some of the other guests were very loud and rowdy which was easy to hear, thing walls. For the price point I would recommend to friends, great Mexican taco place under the complex.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. There are so many restaurants of all types, shops, the strip (quinta ave), the beach, all within easy walking distance. Our room had a fridge and microwave, a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooftop pool was also great for my son and I. Also we had no issue with hot water, contrary to some other reviews. I would definitely come back. Jan 2024.

We have stayed at Lahun 3 times. We love the size of the room, location to beach, and restaurants and closeness to Mega for food shopping. The pool is a nice treat. Adequate kitchen utensils to prepare meals. Cons: periodic sound of rushing water during sleeping hours. Could not identify source of water. Similar experience during previous stay. Room should have some outdoor patio furniture for balcony. Staff was responsive to all requests during visit; however, neither Expedia nor us could reach anyone prior to arrival for a few questions. A voucher option or discounted plan to downstairs patisserie or your partner The Holiday Inn would be a real plus.

Horrible. 0/10 Would not recommend. The pictures on the ad are not accurate as the bathroom looks different in person. When I got there the room was filthy and not well kept up. The floor was filled with debris and dirt from someone’s work boots. There were parts of the ceiling missing and laid to the side like ppl were walking in the ceiling. All of the towels are dirty and stained, so was the bedding. Also, the toilet bowl had no seat. I did not feel safe in there. The owner/host does not answer calls or messages in a timely manner. The host was rude when he/she DID speak after I voiced my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. Their “policies” are predatory. This seems like a scam. Please STAY AWAY.

I stayed one week at this hotel and it was a great experience . The staff was friendly and helpful. If only one complaint , you have to wait exactly at the check in time to enter the room . No provisions can be allowed before check in time if the room is available. Other than that it was overall great experience.

There’s no reception in the building. TV doesn’t have any streaming service or anything. It turns on but doesn’t play anything. We didn’t have any towels, and later a staff got us very old and worn out towels that almost looked like rags. Shower took about 10mins to get hot water and stream was extremely weak. Also shower booth leak water all over the floor. Elevator stopped working on my floor from our second day, so we had to take stairs. I could hear all noises from my next doors. Breakfast was good and staffs were nice!
