Falta de limpieza, no pude dormir

Les falta demasiada organización, al llegar al hotel me cobraron otra cuota de "Limpieza" deberían especificar que tienes que pagar más de lo que pagaste ya por esa "cuota", me hospede 9 dias y 8 noches de los cuales sólo un día me cambiaron toallas tenía que ir a recepción por ellas, además las cosas como shampoo, jabón, etc de baño jamás me las volvieron a rellenar más que el día qué llegué fué la única vez que me dieron kit... durante los últimos 3 días de mi estancia salieron con que iban a remodelar el hotel, jamás me dijeron de eso ni cuando reservé, ni cuando llegué hasta el mero día que me despertó el ruido y por 3 días estuve despertando muy temprano por que estaban con maquinaría taladros etc... y ése mismo día me salen con qué si ya me habían comentado... lo único bueno era el jacuzzi entre comillas deben de especificar que el patio se ve hacía arriba también y que no es un jacuzzi privado... el ruido del cuarto de al lado se escuchaba todo... el personal si era atento pero de nada sirve si hay muchos detalles, no lo recomiendo para nada...

Modern, clean and eco friendly. We weren’t prepared for a television with no channels. Parking is a problem, apparently they have an arrangement but it was not clearly explained. Our view was the side of a building 15 feet away. Well located, walk to public beach.

I booked this hotel based off the reviews and it was misleading. The hotel isn't bad but it's definitely not nice. There's a rustic vibe and I didn't like it. The hallways smelled like dirty mop water the whole time, You'll only get 2 towels, I paid for a resort fee and sanitation fee and my room wasn't cleaned once in the 3 days I stayed there. It's in a good location so if you're going to Mexico for 1-3 days it's "ok" but I wouldn't recommend longer.

Excelente hotel y concepto, las habitaciones son muy comodas, de gran tamaño y muy cordiales. La piscina es un tanto pequeña y no tan comoda pero da para relajarse un rato. Quizas no tanto un hotel para viaje con niños menores ya que no tiene amenidades con ese enfoque, pero el servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le café du matin ainsi que les viennoiseries qui sont incluses. Les moins bons côtés: 1) les recouvrements de planchers devrait être changé car ils sont vieux, brisés et taché. 2) La douche pluie qui selon moi n'est pas très pratique car il n'y a aucune pression d'eau.

Great boutique hotel

Stayed 4 nites, I had the Maria Felix room with balcony. Room was spacious, charming and cozy. Quiet yet only a block from 5th and short walk to the beach. Friendly and professional staff, Caessa was amazing!!!! He helped fix a few minor issues with the tv volume and shower.

Unfortunately, there is no service whatsoever, clearly no communication between the staff. The phone, the tv and the fridge didn't work in our room. I made the request Three times with three different employees. NO ONE fixed anything. No one came to help. I Was told The fridge is not supposed to keep things cold. For the phone and tv, I was told there is no technician today will ask tomorrow. No, follow up nothing was fixed. Every time I needed something, I had to go downstairs. This is not a hotel. It's like a condo with no services. It wasn’t very clean. You could see the dirt on the floor beside the bed. Overall, this staff is friendly but not helpful, do yourself a favour a book at the serenity boutique hotel right next to it, we moved there, and that’s a beautiful, clean hotel with services!!!!

It was a fine place to stay. I would be fine if I had to stay there again. I would be fine if I never did. Pros: great fast wifi! No issues with conference call meetings or streaming Netflix. Hot shower. Hotel has a generator in care of power outage. No breakfast but fresh croissants from the bakery across the street every morning. Cons: the toilet had a smell, though I think it may be a common smell near the beaches here. Tv has no cable/channels so useless. Other stuff in general- Pool is small but also common here. Felt safe. A couple blocks from several cute restaurants

Excelente la atención y la decoración. Además de ser bastante céntrico. Podrían mejorar el mantenimiento; Uno de los baños olía a desagüe y el otro tenia tapada la cañería de evacuación de agua en ducha (se inundaba).

Very affordable hotel in a great location

We were visiting Hotel Morgana over the New Years Eve holiday and it was an incredibly expensive time to be in the Mayan Riviera. This hotel was just a 5 minute walk to the beach (down my favorite street in Playa) and I felt safe walking in it's neighborhood (as a young woman). The room was very nice and clean. The only thing that happened that I would say is unacceptable is that one afternoon I went to brush my teeth and the water was trickling. When I called down to the front desk, they said that they ran out of water and it would be working again in a few hours. It was fine- we went to the beach and it was working again when we came back. But this should not happen in a hotel- they should be planning ahead. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the location was awesome.

Boutique stay just outside centro

The hotel is newly renovated with all the amenities you could want. The rooftop bar and pool are a beautiful place to relax and catch the sunrise. The location is a 15 minute walk into Centro via 5th Avenue but the beach is very close by!

Stinky Sewer Gas Smell Through the Whole Room

Had initially 4 days reserved but due to the sketchy neighborhood decided to pay cash for 2 to see if we liked the place. The main problem is the sewer smell in the room. It’s horrendous! When told them about the smell I invited the manager to please come to the room and smell for himself. He wouldn’t and CHARGED ME FOR THE DAY I DIDNT STAY!! He then attempted to charge even 1 more additional day until I had to call hotel.com customer support. This place should be taken off the hotels.com site.

Très belle établissement avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Très proche de la Quinta Avenida et de la plage. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et sympathique. Seul petit bémol : des équipements notifiés sur le site qui n’y sont pas comme le sèche-cheveux. Une salle à l’étage pour prendre un café surplombant la piscine, très agréable. L’établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais chaque matin est offert un « coffea break » avec café, thé et viennoiseries.

Good but not Fabulous.

We were a bit disappointed that the television was not connected to cable or even to an antenna, so we had to stream movies from our phone and cast them to the television. Having said that, the wi-fi signal was strong and generally reliable for streaming. The hotel is convenient to restaurants on 5th Avenue and on 38th Street, but not so close to be noisy. We made daily trips to OXXO across the street for snacks and beer. In the middle of one night, the man in the adjoing room streamed a business meeting to China. We heard every word. The door between the rooms let all the sound through. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
