Nice place but broken fridge

It was a nice place, except the refrigerator didn't work. Management lives off-site, so there was no one we could ask to fix the refrigerator. We had to do without one during our entire stay.

Tosi huono hotelli

Huoneisto sotkuinen, "ikkunat" rikki, likaiset lakanat sekä pyyhkeet. Henkilökunta todella törkeitä. Piha-alueen portit auki päivisin, joten ei turvallinen oloinen paikka. Olimme varanneet 21 päiväksi, vaihdoimme 2 yön jälkeen toiseen paikkaan. Hotelli ei vastaa puheluihin eikä sähköpostiin. Iltaisin kova musiikin soitto. En suosittele Kenellekään!

A DÉCONSEILLER FORMELLEMENT

Pas de draps Pas de serviettes de toilette. Pas d'eau chaude (...même tiède) Douche inutilisable. Poubelles de l'appartement non vidées (nous y avons trouvé une serviette hygiénique des occupants précédents.....). Aucune communication possible avec un responsable de l’hôtel. Bref...nous avons dû retrouver un autre hôtel dans la ville de Playa Del Carmen à 20H00 le soir donc grosse galère et tarif exorbitant alors que nous avions réglé le séjour par avance à l'agence.

justo por el precio

ventajas : buena ubicacion, estacionamiento enrejado, esta amplio . tiene bano y medio contras: solo tiene aire una recamara , el resto tiene ventiladores, como esta amplio pues no enfria el resto. no tiene TV, me bane con agua fria, ya que no teniamos gas y como el horario en recepcion es limitado pues vali! ya que me bane a las 11 pm y a las 8 am y en ambos ni como pedir el cilindro ... considero que deberian cuidar este punto,la presona de recepcion es un chico amable.

departamento en Playa del Carmen

Departamento agradable de dos cuartos con cama matrimonial cada uno con ventilador y en uno de ellos con aire acondicionado, medio baño, y un baño completo; pequeña sala, cocina equipada con cafetera, tostador, estufa y refrigerador. Tiene un cuarto pequeño con un lavadero. cerca de supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, farmacias, bancos, a 8 cuadras esta la playa, terminal marítima (para ir a Cozumel) y terminal de autobuses del ADO, ( para ir al aeropuerto, xcaret, xelxa, Tulum, etc.) mc donals a 2 cuadras. El departamento es agradable, y aun un excelente precio. Lo malo, es que la limpieza del cuarto nunca la hicieron (estuve 4 noches), el encargado de la recepción, solo lo vimos a la llegada (que fue aproximadamente a las 12:00 pm), porque parece ser que solo esta de 11 am a 7 pm, PIDIO PAGO EN EFECTIVO, aunque tiene terminal para pago con tarjeta, mencionaba que no servian. el teléfono que aparece en mi reservación, nunca contesta. El dia que quería hacer mi check out no había nadie en la recepción (eran las 9:00 am) y como comento el teléfono no me contestaba, asi que meti las llaves por debajo de la puerta de recepción. segui intentando comunicarme al teléfono y a eso de las 11:30 amcontesto "matias" y a el le di las indicaciones de donde deje las llaves.
