"Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin.
The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for all dietary and cultural needs. However, the food wasn't always as hot as it could have been. Restaurant was quiet and civilised, and the staff were attentive enough.
Pool was beautiful- shame the weather meant we couldn't use it.
Entertainment was provided several times in a week and it was fitting for the hotel. Beach is a two minute walk around the corner.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
Altogether a lovely, child free bolthole where everything is there for you.

Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini.
Staff super efficient and friendly.
Been here a few times and won’t be the last.
Perfect place for total relaxation.

"Hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Booked the privilege room expecting service to be better, but ran into multiple problems over the course of the stay that the hotel staff were able to work with me on.
Just know...
1. There is a rental car site on property, but hours aren't consistent.
2. Cabs can only be requested through concierge from hotel to destination. Then, it's up to you find your own way back.
3. Reservations are 100% necessary and some restaurants are overbooked.
4. Upon check-in, you can start your dining package right away.
5. Luggage assistance is only available at check-in and then you have to carry your own luggage back to reception to check out."
"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."
"The Staff were very efficient especially at Check-In as Hotels.com had not sent the Hotel my booking! I had the booking on my phone but the hotel had no booking for our week. This was not the best start to our holiday. The Hotel is excellent I would recommend a sea view."
"The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds"
"The staff were really friendly and courteous. The rooms are very basic and dated. The bathroom has a shoeer over the bath which is a big climb in and the water gets on the floor. The bathroom does smell. The beds are comfortable but only one small pillow. The furniture is all chipped and the sliderobe was cracked on the glass.zThe cabinet holding the fridge was hanging apart Only one socket in the room and no sockets near the bed.Aside from this the place was kept very clean but definitely needs a big refurbishment. The food was poor and didnt avail of it after1 day even though we had paid for breakfast as it wasnt great. The swimming pool areas were lovely. The gym was basic but closed early at 18.00."
