「Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. 「Large room with nice view but you can tell it’s an aging building, mattresses and pillows are on their last leg- all super deflated / soggy. Not worth paying extra for the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s basically a slightly larger version of a bathtub that doesn’t keep the heat. It takes you an hour to fill up and gets cold pretty quickly- not a proper hottub- disappointing. Food was mediocre, wilted salad and mostly yellow / fried food at the hot counter. None of the pastries, cakes etc are made...
