「Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. (Anna, Slava and the room cleaner). Our biggest complaint is the sound. We paid for 4 nights in the suite on beach side which is also next to a busy highway with LOTS of noise!! They downsized us to a smaller room across the hall facing a quiet street which was acceptable. 」

「The 2 bed/2 bath suite is large with some updated features. The furnishings are low-end, but adequate. There is loads of hot water for showers/dishes. The bathrooms need a good cleaning with bleach to get rid of mold on the tile edges. The beds are basic and not very comfortable. The pillows are cheap/flat and 2 to a bed with a very thin duvet (no blankets). The towels, all two and a bathmat are thin and worn, but clean. 「We had a nice room that had a very large bathroom area. Our room also had a view of the beach from a side angle. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. 」

「Everything about this hotel says luxury. The staff were very welcoming and the room was spotless with tea/coffee making facilites and water. Situated in a fabulous location close to the bech and the old town of Estepona in a lovely pedestrianised square」

「The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room」
