"The room was very hot even with the aircon and there was no kettle in the room. Staff were very nice, room was clean and nice enough."

"Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station. "
