「Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar! Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! 「Staff was really friendly and fast. Food was also great and varied. Loved the cocktails and it was luxurious to be able to order to sun beds both at the pool and to the beach. Thank you!」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「This hotel was great, amazing views and the staff were lovely! The glasses in the room were not cleaned properly nor were they replaced. Great location for relaxed family holiday, just a short drive away from chania town」

「The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. 」
