「Ms. Eliana was truly an amazing and helpful experience from beginning to end. She went above and beyond by ensuring my husband and I were comfortable in the correct hotel room. My husband misplaced his wallet and she called and left an email to notify us immediately. I really appreciate her efforts. The gentleman who works at the desk during the evening also went above and beyond during our five day stay at Hotel Indigo. He helped with freezing our ice cream, a wine screw, and so much more. Even though it was quite late, the front desk staff remained very patient, helping me resolve the problem and contacting the car rental company. I am truly grateful for their assistance.」
