The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in in any hotel and the staff were very attentive. Very friendly and the beach is less than a half block away. We would definitely stay there again!

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, it was lovely an convient , right by the beach, staff we ever so friendly, the room was comfortably and clean, it done us for 3 nights, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, will definitely stay there again.

Great great value, amazing location, polite staff who were always available at the desk, huge TV, lovely balcony that got the evening sun. Would recommend! Better than an another more expensive hotel I stayed at in Cagnes.

The rooms are a bit small but the balcony is great. Get the room with the sea side view it’s totally worth it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay again.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. We stayed in room 20 which was above a restaurant and was very noisy as where the neighbours above and other hotel residents the rooms are definitely not soundproof there also lots of traffic until late at night. The bath could do with cleaning as it was dirty around the mixer tap.

Best stay during my south of France trip! It is smack dab in the middle of the Cagnes Sur la Mer, close to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. Some rooms have a view of the Cote d’Azu. The restaurants nearby were FANTASTIC! Beautiful vibe and wonderful tourists in the area. I love this place more than Nice. I will stay here again.

The Family room was a nice size for just my wife and I. It was clean and comfortable. The daily maid service was prompt and efficient. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and polite. The view of the French Riviera from our balcony was spectacular. The only drawback was the traffic at the busy intersection below. We were only one story up (1st floor) so it wasn’t very quiet. I would stay at this property again, but would request an upper floor.

The hotel was in a good location to get around shops and in around the city.However the pillows were dirty and the curtains were see through , I would advise to stay for a short trip.

The hotel itself is very cute and staff is very friendly, but the area around is too busy and loud - you will hear the noise from the street at night. This hotel is absolutely perfect for someone who just need one night stay near Nice airport. As a good thing you can walk to the waterfront (just across the street), small supermarket and some cafes.

Beach fromt stay

Great little hotel right at the water. Everything was good and as expected. The only note I have is that in the add it says they have beach chairs and umbrellas available and this was not the case. They had beach towels for 2 euros a day though.
