"Beautiful and well maintained property! Agnes was in contact prior to arrival with all pertinent information we needed about our room etc… she was there to welcome us and even helped us with our luggage."

"The Hotel is well placed for Cancale, Italy’s about 1.5 miles each way. Suggest getting a bus timetable if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and functional. Two downsides only, no air-con but was were on first floor we could open our window and the toilet seat lid wouldn’t stay up which meant it rested on one’s back whist sitting. We enjoyed the sun on the roof terrace although it was just a road view. Good value though."
