Déçu nous n'y retournerons pas

Dès notre arrivée, l’expérience a malheureusement mal commencé. Nous avons été accueillis par le dirigeant de l’établissement, qui s’est montré particulièrement désagréable dès l’enregistrement. Les documents envoyés par l’hôtel étant arrivés dans mes spams, je n’avais en ma possession que les documents de réservation fournis par Hotels.com, qu’il a refusé de prendre en compte de manière catégorique et peu courtoise. Lors de notre départ, nous l’avons recroisé et il s’est montré tout aussi désagréable avec un autre couple. Cela semble malheureusement être une habitude. Concernant le logement, il n’est pas mauvais en soi, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus : Nous avions prévenu que nous venions avec un bébé, pourtant la chambre était trop petite pour y installer un lit parapluie, alors même que le lit parental est un simple 140 cm. Le wifi est facturé 5 € par jour, ce qui est vraiment regrettable de nos jours. Aucun kit de nettoyage à disposition (il faut en faire la demande et payer 5 €), alors qu’il est mentionné dans l’annonce. Ce n’est pas très pratique, surtout pour laver un biberon dès le premier jour. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne que 15 minutes par heure, ce qui est frustrant. Un seul vestiaire disponible à la piscine et très peu de casiers, alors que la capacité maximale affichée est de 65 personnes. Les terrasses sont très rapprochées les unes des autres, ce qui ne permet aucune intimité. En résumé, rien que pour le comportement du dirigeant, nous ne reviendrons

Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist prima. Man steigt über Treppen zum Hafen in ca. 5-10Min. hinunter. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sauber, wenn auch schon ein wenig verwohnt. Wir hatten ein kleines 4Personen Apartment im Erdgeschoss reserviert und auch bekommen. Im 1. Stock haben diese Apartments keinen Balkon. Die Kinder mochten den Pool. Die einzigen wirklichen Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Das Doppelbett ist ca.120x190cm und das Schlafsofa, ca.140x200cm, war furchtbar unbequem und knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Man spürte und hörte jede einzelne Bettfeder. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert!

Le sejour avait tres bien commencé mais a été de courte duree arrivee le jeudi 12 mars et repartie le mardi 17 alors que j avais réservée pour 15 jours, on nous a dit qu il etait préférable de partir a cause du confinement pour cause de coronavirus J espère avoir un remboursement ':(

endroit charmant

Nous avons été ravis de notre court séjour dans cet établissement. L'appartement était spacieux pour nous 5, en bon état, propre. Que dire du cadre? C'est magique! de grands espaces autour, une belle vue, de jolis petits bâtiments ... un endroit tout à fait charmant. Seul bémol de notre séjour : les place de parking : si on a le malheur de vouloir manger à l'extérieur quand on revient il n'y a plus de place! Du coup la première nous n'avions plus de place et la deuxième nous nous sommes pressés de rentrer de notre visite pour avoir une place...c'est quand même dommage quand on est en vacances... Petit bémol quand même si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le positif : - le lieu - le logement - l’accueil du personnel Le négatif: - la literie de très mauvaise qualité, vraiment pas digne d’un 4 Etoiles : mal de dos pour tous - c’est inacceptable ! - la piscine : sur le site Hotel.com il est indiqué piscine intérieur, piscine extérieure : en réalité c’est une seule piscine semi couverte (publicité trompeuse) + la température de l’eau pas assez chauffée (22C seulement)

Nice location but not what I would expect for $

Positive: great location, Cancale was a gem and the hotel conveniently located. Unit was a good size with large grounds overlooking the bay. Quiet. Negative: mattresses were terrible - hard and big sag on both sides of the double. They charged extra for virtually everything (€5 for WiFi, no soap provided but some on sale for another 5€...). They provided sheets and bath towels but you had to make and strip your own bed, take out the garbage etc. They even came by to inspect that you did all of this before releasing your 400€ deposit. The front desk person was nice but reception hours were very restricted.

Cancale et ces environs

Accueil agréable, conseil sur les environs Emplacement super avec vue sur la mer au loin,un grand champ pour permettre aux enfants de se défouler, dommage que certains propriétaires de chiens ne soient pas respectueux de cet endroit, sinon l entretien de la résidence est parfait Très pratique ce petit chemin qui nous conduit directement sur le port un peu sportif avec les escaliers ;)

Die Architektur der Anlage ist ganz nett. Allerdings ist alles in Leichtbauweise gebaut und dadurch sehr hellhörig. Bei der Ankunft bekommt man 2 Wäschesäcke ausgehändigt. Das Bett ist selbst zu beziehen . Handtuchwrchsel oder Betteäschewechsel müssen bezahlt werden. Auch muss die Endreibugung der gesamten Küche selbst übernommen werden. Für die anderen Räume kann eine Endreibugung gebucht werden. Die Anlage bietet wenig Service, jede Kleinigkeit ist mit einem Aufschlag verbunden .

La grange Cancale

First off, the staff, they were all friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault them. The accommodation was spacious and reasonably priced. There is a small paved area for each apartment with a table and chairs which is nice to sit and watch the sun set. It would have been nice to have an oven in the kitchen. The bed I found quite uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. Unfortunately the last two points means it gets 4 instead of 5 out of 5.

Lovely place, but the cleaning....

These properties are really lovely. They have a bit more of an up market feel about them. The location is superb, 10 mins to the town and 15 to the port walking, and both are great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You can buy discounted tickets for many attractions in the area. The property we stayed at was really well equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. My only problem with it was the military style checkout. You either had to pay 50 euros for a final clean or do it yourself (50 is a lot given the property isn't that big ). So before you leave you have to make an appointment for Them to inspect your cleaning. Given you are meant to be on holiday it's all a bit stressful, worrying about the standard of your cleaning. So I'd recommend staying but just be warned.

Déception sur le niveau de prestation

Accueil dans le stress...manque de personnel ? Baignoire bouchée Nous avons été "surclassé" heureusement car je pense que la chambre aurait été trop petite pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Piscine et Jacuzzi pas à la hauteur (Un jacuzzi pour beaucoup de monde... quand il n'est pas en panne...l'eau de la piscine froide...vestiaire pas très propre...une seule cabine pour s'habiller. A classé en 3 étoiles.

Purtroppo ho soggiornato solo 2 notti in questo bel residence. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni necessità. Una bella piscina e piccola area benessere. A 10 min a piedi dal porto di Cancale. La ragazza che ci ha ricevuto è gentilissima simpatica e molto disponibile. Brava. Eravamo 5 amiche in un appartamento e siamo state molto bene.
