Checked in Sat. afternoon, no problem, the drive was nice/Kool; room was nice and spacious; bath was clean and stocked; Staff was friendly and Welcoming! Very pleasant stay, but the breakfast.....????? Not so good. Overall.... A- It's a Thunder Valley event stay for sure. Thanx! "

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"The breakfast was nothing but toast and bagels no eggs no sausage pancakes nothing like that I don't know how many hotels people stay at that don't have cribs or pack and plays and they didn't advise beforehand that there was construction going on overall one and a half out of five stars"
