「The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. 「Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . Outside was dark, no lights outside, dark alley walk way. Staff added and fixed lights the second night. lots of trash and flys near pool shower area. Smell was nasty. Waited almost 90 minutes...

「Right on the walkway that crosses the main tourist part of Placencia, with easy access to everything. The place itself was quiet, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, had an AC unit. It was so hot outside! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.」

「Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience.」

「Had a wonderful 8day stay here. The staff was the BEST EVER‼️ From the airport pickup to the boat transport to the hotel arrival greeting. Everyone was all smiles and extremely welcoming. Everything was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better stay. The resort is A1 in itself. I would most definitely recommend staying here and would return if i’m In Placencia again. The room was most fantastic.」
