It is a really nice place. There are few people, beach is quiet and there are kayaks and paddle boards available. We had a nice beach view from the terrace. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything you need. We had great time there!

Maya Beach Hotel
Unfortunately the seaweed was covering the beach and smell could be overwhelming at times. Not their fault. We did get upgraded to a very nice cabana. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and reasonable prices.

Placencia Resort
The room chosen was listed as having 4 beds with a capacity for 8persons, however upon check in they told us the listing was inaccurate and there was only 3 beds for a capacity of 6. This made the sleeping arrangements significantly less comfortable than planned which was the entire basis of choosing ...
