Everywhere or a tram out the front if you need it. Staff are amazing - we arrived before 11.00am and we were checked in super early. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. The air conditioner was awesome - it was a 38 degree day and we were comfortably cool in our room. "The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, only issue is that it is on top of the mountain and you need the tram to get to town. Not much close by and Ubers are hard to come by, not a lot of options for eating around "
"Service was great. Loris and Salem made our stay memorable. This property has an amazed location in Lyon. Just the fact to be very close to the train, tram and metro station saves anyone time. Also, this property offers an amazing breakfast. We had a great time. The only thing that we even know with advance was that the property lacks of A/C which it is an inconvenient during heatwave in summer. Thankfully, it will be probably added in 2026."
