"Staff was great. Surprised that the TV's in the rooms did not have all the soccer games available. They did have games shown in a TV room however that room had no AC."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted and graciously welcomed by the staff, which was wonderful, especially after a 12+ hour flight. The room was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was GREAT; very walkable to a variety of cuisine, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation (tram/bus). This hotel is not ideal for travelers with personal vehicle, as I did not see designated parking spaces or a valet service. If considering this hotel for your stay, I would strongly encourage booking."

"We would definitely stay here again. We had a comfortable, pleasant room. The HVAC worked very well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic! We took off a star because we had some trouble with the WiFi and the room lacked a few things we would have liked to have: facial tissues, hair conditioner, and a full length mirror. The Rambla was under construction, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we were really happy with our stay."
